About the Brentons

The ground floor aprtment is approached from the road by a gently slopping drive.

The comfortably furnished Lounge/Diner contains a Flatscreen Freeview TV and DVD player, an electric fire, a two seater settee and matching armchair with a dining table and chairs to seat three people.

The fully equipped small kitchen has ample crockery and cutlery, electric hob, oven and grill, a microwave, refrigerator and electric toaster.

The sleeping accomodation comprises a double bedroom to the rear of the premises and a single bedroom at the front both accessed from the lounge/diner. Each bedroom has a small hand wash basin.

A shower room complete with shower, wash hand basin, shaver sockets and W.C. is located to the rear of the apartment.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

All bed linen is provided as is hot water and gas central heating (when required). Electricity for cooking and lighting is by £1 coin slot meter. Unfortunately smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking, the balance if paying by cash is payable on arrival or if by cheque at least 14 days in advance of arrival and made payable to Mrs A. Hocking.
